Span

FIREFLY® Span is a fire-resistant linear joint seal designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and sound through construction joints. It consists of compressible open-celled acoustic and thermally impregnated polyurethane foam integrated with intumescent
graphite. Upon exposure to heat, the intumescent material expands to seal gaps, ensuring effective fire compartmentation.

Engineered for sealing linear joints in floors, walls, and curtain wall perimeters. It accommodates structural movement while maintaining fire resistance, making it suitable for various construction applications such as:

CONSTRUCTION
FIREFLY® Span is composed of a flexible, open-celled polyurethane foam impregnated with fire-retardant chemicals and bonded with intumescent graphite layers. The foam core provides flexibility and movement capability, while the intumescent material expands under heat to create a robust fire seal. The product is supplied in pre-cut lengths, allowing easy handling and installation.
